My client has an immediate opportunity for an Area Surveyor to complete property inspections, supporting to maintain and enhance the condition of the property portfolio. Although predominantly residential, the successful applicant may also be required to inspect shops, offices and hostels.

Responsibilities

• Complete property inspections for all properties where the organisation has a management responsibility.
• Prepare accurate reports on the condition of property stock, ensuring relevant legal standards regarding stock condition and safety are maintained.
