RSW are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to support the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, repair, and improvement of mechanical Machinery and equipment across the plant to minimize downtime and ensure optimal production output.

Job Duties

• Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on all plant equipment such as milling machines, lathes, boring machines and other plant.
• Carry our routine maintenance on equipment and plant
• Diagnose faults and breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner to minimize production disruptions.
• Read and interpret mechanical and engineering drawings and manuals.
• Work closely with the production team to address equipment-related issues and improve equipment reliability.
• Assist with machine installations and factory upgrades as required.
