Description

Park Inc is looking for a part-time maintenance technician to work at our client location in Brooklyn, NY. The hours are 11pm - 8am on Monday, Friday, and Saturday. The pay is $19.17 per hour. As a maintenance technician, you will perform the following duties. Other duties may be required and assigned. All duties are performed in accordance with established standards and procedures.


+ Inspect all pavement marking, bumper guards, gate arms, and wheel blocks daily.

+ Maintain in good operating conditions all doors, gates, barricades, ticket spitters, card access, computers, pay stations, safes, and other parking equipment.

+ Inspect and maintain fire extinguishers.
