Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team on behalf of a top-tier property management client. Reporting directly to the Senior Maintenance Manager or Community Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for preventative and unscheduled maintenance activities, environmental and safety compliance, and supporting special projectsall with a strong focus on delivering outstanding service and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

General Maintenance:

  • Perform scheduled, preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance as assigned.

  • Complete maintenance repairs promptly to ensure resident safety and satisfaction.

  • Conduct maintenance in garages, rooftops, mechanical rooms, parking areas, and common spaces.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, pumps, fire safety, and swimming pools.
