**Maintenance Technician**

**Location:** Greensboro, NC

**Summary**

**We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support industrial operations on 1st shift. This role offers strong overtime opportunities and requires hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, welding, and industrial systems.**

**Pay Rate**

+ **$25–$30 per hour** , based on experience

**Schedule**

+ 1st shift starting at **8:00 AM** (transitioning to **6:00 AM** as production increases)
+ **Heavy overtime** , including Saturdays

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
+ Service motors, pulleys, conveyor systems, belts, and rollers
+ Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventive maintenance
+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
+ Perform minor electrical work and welding as needed
