**Maintenance Technician in Kernersville, NC**

**Pay: $34-35/HR**

**Direct Placement**

**Schedule & Pay**

+ **Training:** 1st shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Mon–Fri) for 6 months
+ **After Training:** 12-hour **night shift** , 7:00 PM–7:00 AM (2-2-3 schedule)

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment
+ Work with maintenance team, engineering, and equipment suppliers to resolve issues
+ Maintain assigned equipment, parts, and work areas
+ Identify and report spills, hazards, or environmental concerns

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

+ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
+ Working knowledge of:
+ PLCs, CNC/NC controls, and automated equipment
+ AC/DC motor controls, hydraulics, pneumatics
+ Electrical systems (110V–480V, single & three-phase)
