**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**

**Pay: $35–$37/hour**

**Schedule: 2-2-3 night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)**

**Job Summary:**

**We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support a manufacturing facility by keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on large industrial machinery.**

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment
+ Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues (motors, controls, VFDs, circuits)
+ Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams
+ Use tools and test equipment (meters, hand/power tools, etc.)
+ Replace parts such as belts, bearings, motors, chains, and gearboxes
+ Complete equipment changeovers to minimize downtime
+ Maintain accurate maintenance records
