This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$20-25/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Perform general repairs involving plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting
+ Respond to work orders/emergencies
+ Troubleshoot and perform inspections
+ Upkeep of the common areas/grounds

**Requirements**

+ 2+ years of handyman experience
+ Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical
+ Basic hand tools
