**Job Description**

This hybrid Maintenance Technician role combines hands-on machine operation with industrial maintenance in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will operate production equipment, perform changeovers, monitor product quality, and carry out mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical troubleshooting to keep machinery running safely, reliably, and efficiently.

+ Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery to maintain consistent output, minimize downtime, and ensure product quality meets specifications.
