Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing leadership and technical support as relates to installing, troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, set-up and training on Flexible Packaging, Dental and Contract Packaging equipment.



Summary of Essential Job Duties:


+ Prioritize and self-schedule work around production activities to achieve both production and maintenance goals.

+ Lead Installation, repair, and maintain production manufacturing machinery and equipment for a safe and productive work environment with minimal supervision.

+ Facilitator and champion of Safety Awareness.

+ Evaluate /assess the feasibility of producing current and future flexible and contract packaging requests.

+ Lead in resolving technical issues.

+ Troubleshoot equipment problems, diagnose, and make necessary repairs/adjustments.
