What you'll be doing



Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and infrastructure



Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems



Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, and general handyman work



Respond to emergency breakdowns and service requests in a timely manner



Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of spare parts



Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and well-maintained work environment



Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies



What we're looking for



Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
