The Equipment Technician performs and ensures that the manufacturing equipment is in working condition, providing the necessary preventive and corrective maintenance to facilitate production without defects caused by the equipment.
# General Responsibilities
+ Participates on services and calibrates test equipment by making regular performance inspections, planning preventative maintenance and repairing defective equipment or systems.
+ Assists with repairs and preventative actions on equipment within the production.
+ Participates in the deployment of new equipment.
+ Assists on preventive actions with a real risk of equipment or infrastructure problems.
+ Ensures correction and continuous improvement events for the performance of production equipment.
+ Timely informs the supervisor and relevant staff about maintenance issues related to the technological equipment during unplanned repairs.
