Position Summary

Responsible for building maintenance and property cleanliness. The Maintenance Technician will ensure safe, clean, and sanitary housing, grounds, common areas, and office environments for the properties. This position will complete maintenance tasks to repair and preserve the quality of the facility.

General Operations

Reviews each community’s weekly and monthly maintenance reports to determine any potential or existing maintenance problems at any given community.

Analyzes and makes recommendations to senior management for changes and ensures accuracy in all detail of reporting.
