Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities - Attend to onsite daily compactor breakdown, including after office hour breakdown calls when required. Ensure all breakdowns and repairs are rectified promptly.
- Carry out the on-site preventive maintenance of the compactors.
- Provide on-site training and advice on the handling and operation of the compactor/equipment to customers.
- Follow up on the repair of compactors in-house for cases that cannot be done on site.
- Inform customer and put up a Service Report Form after completing each repair.
- Carry out periodic spare parts stock take and update in the service vehicle.
- Ensure all HSE requirements and Safe Work Procedures (SWP) are followed.
- Coordinate with operations on equipment repair status.
- Any other duties and roles as assigned.
Qualification, Skills and Experience - Minimum Nitec in Engineering or related courses.
