Job Description
Responsibility - Perform routine preventive maintenance on CNC machines, including lubrication, alignment, and calibration.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of CNC machines.
- Inspect and adjust machine components such as ball screws, spindles, turrets, and tool holders.
- Replace worn or damaged parts, including gears, belts, hoses, and seals.
- Diagnose and resolve control system alarms and electrical issues, including PLCs and amplifier components.
- Maintain machine accuracy by checking alignments, backlash, and deviations.
- Ensure proper functioning of cooling and lubrication systems.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts replacements.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize machine downtime and improve operational efficiency.
