Responsibilities

• Ensures appropriate monitoring and achievement of the preventive maintenance program for production molds and tools.
• Ensures proper implementation of mold cleaning, cumplying at 100% check list cleaning molding.
• Plan the mold repairs according to internal and external customer requirements cover tooling requirements on time and in the best conditions according the needs of production areas in the plant.
• Ensures and maintains the quality and good conditions of the tooling according to customer requirements (coordinating the tooling repairs, components change, preventive maintenance and mold cleaning).
• Implement reaction plans if necessary and give a fast response to production about tooling issues.
• Application of the 5's within your workspace.
• Manages inventory levels of spare parts and secondary equipment with suppliers, purchasing and engineering area.
