Summary About the position: This position will be assigned to the Duke Fields Lodging on Duke Field Air Reserve Station, Florida. . The purpose of this position is to serve as a maintenance worker for Base Lodging The position is a regular part-time position, which means you are eligible for benefits and guaranteed to work at least 20 hours per week. Position requires working irregular schedules, to include weekends, holidays, and all shifts. Responsibilities 1. Performs a variety of maintenance, custodial and repair jobs to include simple carpentry, minor installation projects and repair, plumbing, painting, minor vehicle maintenance, electrical fixtures and minor construction for the lodging operation. Replaces light bulbs, light fixtures and electric outlets. Accomplishes electrical work to comply with Air Force regulations. These simple routine tasks are performed with little supervision.
