ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Administer the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Enforce all work rules and policies of the St. Louis Plant. Ensure compliance with government agencies for current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) as applicable for production (.i.e. OSHA, FDA, DEA, DOT, EPA, and any others that may apply). Safety: Obey all safety rules and ensure everyone else complies fully. Schedule operator and mechanic assignments based on their training. Troubleshoot problems with equipment and enter work requests for maintenance.Issue all permits needed to ensure work can be done safely (pipe breaking, lockout/tag out, hot work, and tank entry). Inspect readiness for maintenance. Approve operators and mechanics time worked in the KRONOS system and send exceptions to payroll department for correction.
