We are looking for a Maitre’ D (Lead Host) who can own the front door, control the flow of the room, and set the tone for every guest experience.
The Role
This is not a stand-and-greet position. The Maitre’ D is responsible for:Managing the door and reservation flowControlling pacing of the dining roomLeading and coaching the host teamCreating a strong first and last impressionYou control the flow, pace, and first impression of the entire restaurant.
