Lead fleet uprate project roadmap and integrate uprate scope into mega outage planning for safe, on-schedule delivery.Apply major project methodology to govern mega outage scope from initiation through closeout.Ability to lead and influence peers across the fleet to deliver safe outages on schedule and on budget.Foster a culture of diverse perspectives to drive innovation, continuous improvement in uprate and mega outage execution.Assess project and outage performance to identify cost efficiencies, schedule improvements, and lessons learned.Maintain industry relationships that support information sharing and benchmarking.Coordination with Site Directors, Site leadership, and Fleet leadershipEducation, Experience, & Skill Requirements
