ROLE:Make Ready TechnicianREPORTS TO:Maintenance ManagerLOCATION:THE OPPORTUNITYThe Technician – Level 1 prepares vacant apartment homes for new residents by completing repairs, installations, and inspections. This role ensures all units meet company standards by addressing maintenance needs and supporting the maintenance team as needed. Their work directly impacts resident satisfaction and property appeal.KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by completing repairs, cleaning, and ensuring all features are in working order per our Total Quality Make Ready (TQMR) program. 

Perform basic maintenance tasks, including light fixture replacements, minor plumbing repairs, appliance checks, and drywall patching. 

Assist with painting, carpet cleaning, and exterior touch-ups to meet market-ready standards.
