About the Job As a Mako Product Specialist Trainee, you will embark on a transformative 9‑month intensive training program designed to equip you with the skills necessary to excel in a dynamic, mission‑driven environment. This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision post training.
Responsibilities - Provide case coverage as MPS (Mako Product Specialist) and standby as Clinical Specialist for conventional joint replacement cases.
- Provide surgeons and operating room staff with training and clinical/technical support.
- Perform pre‑operative CT scan planning and CT segmentation.
- Support operational process including case booking, documentation, reporting, billing and consignment counts.
