Job Description
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles. Prepare budgets and financial forecasts. Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. Publish financial statements in compliance with stipulated deadlines. Conduct month-end and year-end close process. Prepare monthly and yearly Zakat declaration statements. Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures. Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements. Liaise with banks, external accountants and auditors as required. In close coordination with the Head of Leasing and Clubhouse and Services Manager, follow up on outstanding receivable invoices for services provided by their respective departments.
