As a Managed Services Specialist, you will be responsible for executing platform configuration requests to support our customers in getting the most value from our platform. This is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone eager to develop expertise in data structuring, platform workflows, and customer success operations.
What You’ll Do: Configure and manage dashboard setups, search creation, alert management, and other platform requests. Execute standard Managed Services tasks with increasing independence.
