Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts for property portfolios
• Budgeting, forecasting & detailed variance analysis per building/portfolio
• Cash flow forecasting and CAPEX tracking
• Monitor rental income, recoveries, and operating costs
• Ensure IFRS and tax compliance within the property portfolio
• Oversee VAT, income tax, and statutory reporting

Skills & Requirements:

• BCom in Accounting/Finance (Honours advantageous)
• 5+ years’ experience (property industry highly advantageous)
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
• Ability to engage with executives and operational teams
