The MIS Manager acts as liaison between management and IT teams, ensuring technological resources effectively support business operations, including retail store networks. A key focus in managing ERP systems such Odoo, R Pro to optimize enterprise resource planning processes, along with providing comprehensive hardware and software support to ensure smooth organizational operations. Additionally, they should possess strong knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports, and related reporting tools to facilitate advanced data analysis and report generation.
