Key Responsibilities:
• Lead MIS function and oversee financial reporting
• Prepare financial analysis, budgeting & forecasting reports
• Drive data-driven decision-making across departments
• Manage and mentor the MIS team
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports

Requirements:
✅ Strong background in MIS + Finance
✅ Expertise in Excel, ERP systems & BI tools
✅ Excellent leadership and analytical skills
✅ CA/MBA Finance preferred
