Serves as support specialist to management and DLA Energy Command on the evaluation of the effectiveness of operations or the productivity and efficiency of management within this organization as compared to other Federal agencies. Supports in the analysis and evaluation of essential management information to include resource utilization, training requirements, evaluating organizational structure, computer operations, emergency planning, and resources/manpower resources.
