Manager / AM / Senior IT Executive (Technical & System)

• Overall IT Operations, infrastructure, system, networking and cybersecurity
• Implement, maintenance and troubleshoot system issues
• Provide end user support and maintain data and system security with minimum downtime
• Liaise with system vendors, suppliers, distributors and procurement of hardware and software to suit business needs
• Set-up Desktop PCs & Laptops, provide technical support for end users
• Management and maintenance of internet link and network devices including firewalls to ensure optimal network performance and minimum downtime
• Keep track of IT assets movement
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects, perform any IT related administrative and reporting tasks where applicable
