Job Description

This is a hands-on leadership role on the Sunshine Coast, managing a diverse client portfolio and leading a team of accountants. Reporting to the Managing Partner you will manage workflow, provide technical input, and ensure high-quality compliance and client advice for your team. 
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer your client portfolio, providing technical support, feedback and guidance
  • Plan, allocate, and oversee workflow to meet deadlines and budgets
  • Review work delegated to your intermediates and seniors for accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and review complex tax returns (individual, company, trust, partnership)
  • Analyse client data, reports, and workpapers to ensure quality and compliance standards
  • Identify advisory opportunities with your clients to support business growth and client success
