Responsible for achieving annual new business revenue, leading strategy for new programs and product development and overseas marketing communications. This position plays a key role in identifying new market opportunities and establishing Concern as a thought leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a plan to identify opportunities and secure business to meet annual goals.Build strong relationships with benefit brokers and key consultants through outreach, demos, excellent response to RFPs and being attentive and service oriented.Respond quickly and creatively to requests for proposals, providing quotes that are competitive and accurate.Identify vertical market segments, understand the needs of the segments and prepare sales materials that capture our value proposition.Maintain knowledge of customer, competitor and market trends.
