Salary Range: $87,840.00 To $106,771.00 Annually

Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Innovation, the Manager, Collections & Resources will oversee the selection, processing and delivery of collections in all formats, including physical and electronic materials.

The Manager, Collections & Resources leads a cross-functional team dedicated to upholding organizational collection standards. The Manager analyzes circulation trends to ensure a dynamic collection that meets community needs, manages automatic release plans, and fosters strong vendor relationships. Additionally, they leverage knowledge of industry trends and best practices to maximize collection usage and optimize budgetary resources. The Manager is also responsible for managing day-to-day service operations at a library location.
