What You Will Be Working On - Manage and process manpower data, working with relevant entities on matters related to succession planning, unit generation, readiness status management, resource management, expertise deployment, and volunteer applications
- Oversee NS recognition schemes, course nominations, and performance management
- Assist in fitness assessment administration, offence management and call-up administration
- Oversee administrative, financial, and logistical approval processes in support of the department’s workplan
- Sustain collaboration with partner agencies and stay abreast of new and updated policies and processes in manpower management
