Graduate/Post Graduate in Architecture with 10-12 years relevant work experience Essential Skills

Prior experience in managing Residential projects has been involved in design of the entire life cycle of at least one project during execution stage

Knowledge of the latest trends and techniques in Architectural

Designs and layouts

Coordination and execution of marketing office and show flat and other associated customer experience.

Understanding of legal documents such as agreements and contracts for consultants.

Working knowledge of design software like CAD Preferred skills:

Prior experience in Real Estate (Residential Projects)

Prior experience in group housing and knowledge of local by-law.
