To provide strategic economic planning leadership and development insights for Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) and land-based initiatives, supporting management and Board decisions through robust feasibility, market analysis, and value optimisation in line with Prasarana’s long-term mission and governance framework.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead financial modelling and investment appraisal for Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) and land-based initiatives, including IRR, NPV, ROI, payback period, and sensitivity / scenario analysis to assess commercial viability and risk-adjusted returns.
- Develop and evaluate integrated development feasibility by coordinating market, financial, and technical inputs to ensure cash flow projections, cost assumptions, and revenue structures are aligned with planning, engineering, and operational constraints.
