The Manager, Ecosystem Development

Reports directly to the Deputy Director and supports strategic leadership of integrated business development and stakeholder engagement.

What you will be working on

Strategic Leadership

• Supports development and implementation of strategies; conducts horizon scanning and research; prepares strategic analyses and recommendations for senior leadership.

Ecosystem Development (including pro‑enterprise efforts)

• Executes ecosystem development initiatives; analyses market trends and feedback; coordinates day‑to‑day pro‑enterprise engagements; identifies operational gaps and opportunities.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Manages and nurtures key stakeholder relationships.

Partnership Development

• Supports identification, evaluation, and development; assists in negotiating agreements; monitors partnership performance and provides updates.
