Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Lead and develop a team of electrical engineers and technicians, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Manage the lifecycle of electrical systems across HV/MV/LV networks, Power Quality and Integrated Power monitoring systems, ensuring safety, performance and reliability.
- Drive innovation through SMART power systems, predictive maintenance, and digital tools that enhance team efficiency and system resilience.
- Coordinate audits, emergency response plans, and vendor engagements while ensuring compliance with relevant safety and engineering standards.
- Work cross-functionally to align electrical infrastructure projects with broader site goals, delivering results on schedule and within budget.
