The Team Manager, New Business & Renewals is responsible for leading the policy administration team to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant processing of new business and renewal portfolios. This role oversees day-to-day operations, quality control, stakeholder management, and continuous process improvement, while mentoring and developing the team to support business growth and service excellence.
