Role Summary:

Responsible for overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliances, and management of Group investments. The role also involves financial statement preparation, audit coordination, cash flow management, and review of corporate secretarial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Statement Preparation

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closure of books of accounts.
• Conduct periodic review of books of accounts and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards/Ind AS.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.
