Job Description
The Role
This position will be responsible for assigned portfolio in the Finance Department for Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (MPACT).
Job Responsibilities
Ensure timely month end closing, intercompany reconciliation and preparation of monthly management reporting.Support monthly/ quarterly management reporting and work with internal asset management team on analysing monthly/ quarterly/ year-to-date financial performance.Ensure timely preparation of full set of financial statements for group reporting and statutory audit, and manage the audit process, including liaising with auditors.Handle tax matters, including preparation of tax computations, working closely with tax consultants on tax computation/ filing submissions, and liasing with consultants and/or authorities on queries.Key driver for implementation of group policies, processes and systems.
