JOB SUMMARY:
Manages the finance function at Universal Orlando Resort, including financial planning, analysis and ensuring timeliness/accuracy of financial results and reporting. The Manager, Finance must participate in financial reviews with operators and executive leadership.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Direct and supervise the overall applicable financial function with specific focus on respective division(s) at Universal Orlando Resort.

+ Build short- and long-term financial plans, including pacings, forecasts and budgets.

+ Participate in meetings with Operators and/or Executive leadership and provide support to develop/execute financial plans.

+ Perform analysis on actual financial performance, extending findings to provide meaningful recommendations.

+ Oversee and execute month-end financial close processes.

+ Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting of business results with variance commentary.
