Manager, Exams & Audits - Global Regulatory Management – Sydney, Australia

The Manager, Exams & Audits- GRM is responsible for on-going management of regulatory examinations in the APAC region (specifically Australia and New Zealand.)

Role Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of regulatory examinations and internal audits across assigned regions.
• Oversee all aspects of exam and audit processes, including planning, coordination, documentation, execution, and follow‑up activities.
• Manage relationships with regulators, examiners, 3rd parties and internal auditors to ensure effective communication and alignment.
• Coordinate the preparation, review, and submission of all exam and audit materials, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Track audit/exam findings, including violations, monetary penalties, and remediation actions for Global Compliance.
