The Manager, Health Information Management is responsible for the operational leadership of core Health Information Management (HIM) services, including Health Records, Release of Information, Medical Transcription, Records Management and HIM Coding & Abstracting across Brightshores health system.

Salary Range: $105,007 – $125,186
The role ensures the integrity, availability, and quality of the health record, supports timely and accurate clinical documentation and coding practices, and embeds privacy compliance into day-to-day HIM operations. The Manager works in close partnership with Clinical Leadership, Medical Affairs, Decision Support and other administrative leaders to support high-quality data for patient care, reporting, and planning.
