Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy Execution Partner with the Site HR Leader in delivering HR roadmap and annual people priorities Track and drive progress on key HR initiatives and governance mechanisms HR Program Management Execute core HR processes: Performance Management, Talent Reviews, Engagement Surveys, Compensation cycles Ensure consistency and adherence to global HR frameworks Business Partnering Act as a first point of contact for global / local business leaders / managers on HR matters Provide guidance on performance, engagement, and team effectiveness Drive alignment between business needs and HR initiatives Talent & Capability Development Support succession planning and talent pipeline development Track development plans and partner with L&D for capability building Employee Engagement & Experience Drive engagement action plans and monitor employee sentiment Support culture, DEI, and retention-focused initiatives HR Analytics & Reporting Manage HR dashboards (at...
