The opportunity
This role acts as a strategic partner to the Talent-HRE leader. The individual will drive execution of the HRE agenda by connecting strategy to delivery, orchestrating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring alignment across COEs, operations and leadership teams. The role combines project management, stakeholder management, analytics, and process enablement to drive impactful, data-led decisions and outcomes.
Your key responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Leadership Enablement Partner closely with HRE leadership to operationalise strategic priorities across the function
Drive alignment across Talent COEs by translating leadership vision into structured execution plans.
Support leadership reviews, reporting requests, initiatives across industry benchmarks, submissions for corporate accolades, monthly/quarterly/annual requests from Talent leadership around key insights, program progress.
