Join Workforce Intelligence to help ensure our labor standards and workforce management insights reflect what’s happening in stores and translate into measurable operational impact. In this role, you’ll connect field observation with data-driven analysis to guide process improvements, support governance, and help partners understand the labor and productivity implications of change.
**What you’ll do**
+ Analyze store processes using work measurement methods (e.g., time studies, predetermined time-motion systems) to establish and maintain labor standards.
+ Use workforce management (WFM) tools and reporting to monitor outputs, validate results, and identify anomalies or performance gaps.
+ Perform routine quality checks and troubleshooting to ensure WFM outputs are accurate, consistent, and aligned to governance expectations.
