Key Responsibilities

• Contract drafting & negotiation: EPC, BoP, Civil, Supply, Tech Transfer agreements
• Regulatory communication: Draft letters, submissions, appeals to MNRE, SECI, NTPC, CERC, SERCs, etc.
• Risk & claim management: Mitigate risks, handle claims, arbitration, litigation support
• Compliance & governance: Ensure adherence to Contract Act, Companies Act, Electricity Act, Arbitration Act, labour laws
• Stakeholder management: Collaborate with procurement, projects, finance, land, design teams; vet RfPs, RFQs, PPAs

Desired Profile

• LLB/LLM from reputed law school
• 7–12 years’ experience in EPC & supply contracts, regulatory letters
• Sector preference: Renewable Energy / Infrastructure / EPC
• Strong drafting, negotiation & risk assessment skills
