Track legal disputes received from relevant departments and seek guidance from the Function Head on next steps.File criminal complaints against offenders where applicable, subject to prior approval.Draft pleadings for RoU-related matters in coordination with the RoU team, concerned departments, and senior management.Conduct legal research on applicable rulings; obtain senior management's approval before filing plaints or petitions and support in drafting rejoinders.Collaborate with external counsel to prepare pleadings for matters before courts and appellate authorities.Follow up with advocates to ensure timely filing of applications and responses, and monitor progres...
