Manager, Wealth Proposition & Partnerships

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute overall Wealth Segment Strategy.
• Develop insights to define Wealth Segmentation Personas – across Private Bank, HLB Priority and Branch Wealth Distribution.
• Develop and lead client engagement strategy across the segments, including communications, promotions and events strategy.
• Map customer journey & channels (On-boarding, Month on Book, etc.).
• Build Wealth Segment Customer Value Propositions (CVPs) through identification and formation of strategic partnerships and collaboration.
• Lead Wealth Segment Marketing strategy & planning to support RWM across Investment, Bancassurance and Deposits/CASA.
• Develop and guard the wealth brand positioning & identity.
• Create Wealth content strategy, development and distribution to build thought leadership and brand position.
