- Animation Cycle & Pitch Process Management: Oversee and optimize the end‑to‑end animation cycle and pitch process, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Key Sales Moments Execution: Lead the operational execution of critical sales moments such as holiday seasons, product launches, and other strategic initiatives, ensuring cross‑functional alignment and flawless delivery.
